Things needed to begin Loan Modification

Most of the necessary documents you will need to start a Loan Modification are:

• W2’s
• 2 Months of Bank Statements
• 2-4 recent pay stubs
• If self employed, a 1040.
• Date of Birth
• Current Mortgage Statements/Loan Informatin
